Not legally.
If you did not answer the question truthfully on your application, you can be fired.
No. Under federal law (read, anywhere in the United States), a convicted felon may never again possess or have access to firearms. Doesn't matter if it happened one year ago, ten years ago, or fifty years ago.
Probably not. Oregon does allow those who have only been convicted of a single felony to possess guns in certain circumstances; it depends on precisely what the felony was, and in most cases they have to have been released at least 15 years ago.
Yes you can. However you may be denied entry into some countries.
No, sorry. Once a convicted felon - always a convicted felon. Some states have methods by which you can regain certain privileges but offhand I don't know if MI is one of them - you'd have to do your own research. BUT - don't forget about the Federal Laws prohibitting it either. Violating them can get you up to 15 years in a federal slammer.
in all states, it depends on what the individual was convicted of and how long ago. it is not an automatic rejection by the state dept of RE or pro licenses
principle of a school? usually not but there have been some cases in private schools, really depends how long ago and what it was
yes and if over 10 years ago then you don't even answer yes to having a felon.
Unless the state has a law that specifically states that a convicted felon cannot perform that duty (I am not familiar with one - which is not to say there isn't one), if the Grandfather wishes to name him the Executor he may do so. It is likely that the porbate court will not interfere.
Guns were first created nearly 1000 years ago- Gasoline about 150 years.
Question is unclear. How can you have a felony record on a NON-conviction? You were either convicted of a felony or you weren't. If you weren't you're not a felon.
