Yes, criminal charges are regularly brought against corporations. Although a corporation is not a natural person and could not feasibly be incarcerated, punishment in criminal cases can include fines or restitution which can be levied against a corporation.
As an example, there is some talk of criminal charges being filed against BP in response to the Gulf oil spill that occurred after the explosion and sinking of Deepwater Horizon.
