Nuts are unhealthy for dogs because they are rich in fat. It is not recommended that you feed nuts of any type to dogs because nuts (high fibre foods) cannot be digested by dogs, nor humans for that matter. They may become lodged in the intestines of dogs, causing digestive complications and blockages.
