Yes ducks can lay eggs without mating, the won't be fertile, they need to mate for that and to have baby ducks maybe by artificial insemination? are you asking if they artificially inseminate ducks?
They could, but no baby fish would be in the eggs because they wouldn't be fertilized. It's just like when you buy chicken eggs at the store and there are no baby chicks inside. This is because there was no fertilization from the male chicken.
YEs ducks will lay without a drake- just means that they wont be fertalized so cant hatch but if you just want eating eggs then no drake will be fine ( chickens lay eggs without a rooster) :)
All birds eggs need warmth around 100 degrees F to develop and hatch.
chickens can but no frogs have to mate
Ducks lay their eggs on a nest, whether it be in a tree or out on the open ground.
Female ducks can still lay eggs without a male duck, the eggs just won't be fertilized, which means...no baby ducks.
ducks are sexual they can lay eggs without a male but they wont have baby ducklings in the eggs
The only thing that ducks can lay are other ducks
ducks are not mamals beacause they lay eggs
Ducks are oviparous as they lay eggs.

cayuga ducks lay approximately 100-150 eggs per year if properly cared for.
