I would ask the local police.
When I asked our local police when my children were younger I was told there was no state law, but rather it depended on the parents trust of their child and their knowledge of the child's maturity.
Its really up to you
This answer depends on the child's maturity level, however I would say I child could be left alone in a locked house at age 12. ----- Legally this varies by jurisdiction.
No that is called child neglect. Thew child could get into anything while unsupervised.
13 is the legal age for a child to be left alone in the US
accualy any and but age 9 and over is recommended that is what i heard
No, because the police will think the child is abandoned.
The child can get lost or hurt.
12!
It really depends on the intelligence of your child, but most children don't get left alone until they are about 11 or 12.
There are no legal laws about the age a child may be left alone but a child who is left alone too young could leave the parent liable for negligence or child abuse. A general rule of thumb would be if the child can cook for him/herself or call emergency services.
They Have To Be 12.
