It depends on the laws in the state that you are attempting to get licensed in and the opinion of the licensing board concerning your specific situation. In most cases though it is not likely that you will be able to be licensed with a recent felony on your record.

Well, you maybe able to but getting into a college will be your biggest challenge. A lot of colleges usually base your acceptance on permanent records, any criminal records, and grades. If you have outstanding grades, nothing bad on your record ( well your felony will be on their if you were in high school or below) but see you have this - the dean will have to take that into consideration as well.

This will depend upon the type of felony committed - animal abuse, substance abuse, drug-related charges and violent crimes are examined very closely in the licensing process.
