Yes, there is no prohibition against him profiting from the lawful sale of any of his property, firearms included. HOWEVER - he had better have the sale handled by a thrid party and not be ANYWHERE near the firearms at all.
It depends on what you mean. If you have a few guns that own that you want to sell, you can sell them to another individual that is in Tennessee with no license required. If you regularly sell guns, you are supposed to have an FFL.
No, Sam's Club - which is owned by Wal Mart - does not sell firearms. Wal Mart does sell firearms, but only long guns.
I do not see where that would be a problem. Most laws state that convicted felons can not be in possession of a fire arm. Which means they can not carry handle or own a fire arm. Not that they can not be in an area where there are fire arms. After all some retail stores sell rifles and even hand guns. This would prevent felons from entering some stores and I have never heard of this.
A convicted felon can do anything he/ her puts their mind to.
Some Walmarts do sell guns, and some do not sell gun and these may never sell them.
Not even in Colorado, any where in the world can a convict get a licence to sell insurance products, provided he has not concealed his identity before the authority.
Yes
Yes.
Ideally, that felon should have gotten rid of his guns just before getting convicted or entering a plea bargain. But if you end up getting slapped with a felony conviction and sentence before you can transfer your guns, the thing to do is IMMEDIATELY call a trusted friend or family member who doesn't live with you to come over and pick up the guns and get them out of your house, with instructions that this person is NOT to let you have the guns back if you asked for them, but instead he or she will not give them back to you except with a Court order. Ideally your friend would sell or give away the guns to third parties quickly so that nobody could say your guns were still 'yours' just being stored at a friend's house. P.S. Give away all your ammo, too. Felons cannot possess any ammunition, or explosives (i.e.: black powder).
no In the U.S. a felon cannot possess a gun at all, unless the felon's rights have been restored.
i am pretty sure its a yes.
A convicted felon may not own, possess, or have access to firearms, period. This isn't the answer to his question. Yes, a felon can sell a gun. Federal law says you can't BUY one, it doesn't say you can't SELL one. Yes, it's a crime for you to possess it, but thats a seperate legal matter. An addtion to the answer though: If a felon takes a gun into a pawn shop to sell it, the felon has possession of the gun. A person other than the felon would have to handle the transaction for the felon.
