In short, yes. If the other dials and lights on you HUD are still functioning then your problem is more complex than a fuse replacement.
The odometer gets its signal from the speed sensor, so if the (tailshaft) speed sensor is bad then the odometer obviously will not work
There are several things that can cause your 2003 Dodge Ram cruise control not to work. The most common cause is a blown fuse. A malfunctioning speed sensor can also cause the problem.
It does not have a fuse, the speed sensor works the speed-o-meter \ \ I disagree, because the Radio fuse , in the fuse box under the hood will work the speedometer, Tach, and Message center
i would have to bet on the speed sensor
Flasher fuse bad
A faulty vss (vehicle speed sensor).
The VSS vehicle speed sensor on top of the transmission is faulty.
Coolant Temperature Sensor
The throttle positioning sensor
the cluster assembly uses a fuse, if burnt then all gauges would not work. could be speed sensor, wire or head unit (cluster itself)
speed sensor on top of transmission,if the speed sensor does not work then the shift inside the trans is broken and trans will need to be rebuilt
Could be a bad fuse Could be a bad temp sensor Could be a bad relay
