it can but i wouldn't do that if i were you if that snail died it could of had a disease that
could pass to the poor guppy and get it sick and infect the other guppies
2nd if u leave it in there after its dead and don't do nothing it releases a chemical in the water if there is too many dead in there it can really effect ur fish or kill em
they eat algae and dead fish
Usually dead fish, carcasses or even algae!
they are stupid that's why
Yes they can.
If baby guppies are lying at the bottom of the tank they are dead. They tend to stay as hidden as possible in plants as the adults will eat them.
no Most don't, no. But the Flesh-eating snail of Brazil can, though it tends to eat dead fish.
Snails do not eat living things, they decompose dead matter. I suppose if it was a chopped off, dead root the snail would decompose it. But it won't eat it as long as it's still alive.
The only way to tell if a snail is dead is to sniff the snail, if it gives off a strong, odorous scent, it is most likely dead.
snail and slugs eat garden debris
They are scavengers and will eat the decaying/dead plants, dead animals (such as a dead fish) and algae. They keep the water nice and clean and the water quality up.
put water in it or shake the snail.
