It depends on how quickly the man comes, and how he is.
If he reaches orgasm quickly, he may not produce any pre-ejaculate. If he delays the climax, he may start to leak drops of pre-ejaculate.
At that stage, the man will be very excited. He may be focused on his own sensations in the penis, then he may feel the leaking.
On the other hand, if the man is focused on his partner, he may not pay attention to what is happening in his own penis.
The pre-ejaculate does not actually shoot out, it slowly appears at the tip of the penis. It is usually a small amount. So the man may not feel anything.
Sometimes the man interrupts the intercourse or masturbation, does not ejaculate. His penis may remain erect or go flaccid. After the penis is flaccid, the pre-ejaculate may still appear and cause a small damp patch on the underpants. Also, the next time he starts again, he is more likely to have pre-ejaculate soon.

∙ 15y agoNo. There is a preconception that pre-ejaculate is similar to ejaculating during orgasm. This is wrong. Pre-ejaculate is a fluid that lubricates the penis in the vagina, but it does have some live sperm-cells in the fluid because it comes from the same place.
