No.
Each tooth is a one-shot deal. Once it's broken through the gum what you have is what you've got. If it gets damaged it has to be repaired. It won't heal like skin or grow longer like nails.
Teeth do not grow back. but you can go to a dentist and they may be able to fill in the broken part. ( one of mine has broken before too and they just made a mold and filled in the broken part)
When I have to remove broken keys, I typically use a couple small picks and fish it out that way.Purchase the smallest coping saw or scroll saw blade you can find with the finest teeth then break the blade in half. Insert the broken end with the teeth pointing back into the key opening. With a little gentle wiggling you should be able to grip the broken key and pull it out.
They do not, but it is actually possible nowadays to get studs/artificial teeth for dogs (though pricey).
Take a coping saw blade, file the back side of it down so that the teeth are still there but it comes to a gradual point. You can reach in the switch with this and grip the broken key with the blade and back it out.
Take it to the vet, ASAP!
