In what way? Do you mean in duck language? Please clarify the question.

Sure they can. Hang around a group long enough and they will recognize you. Feed them and they will love you. You can communicate with a duck by watching their body language and you communicate back by using your body language.

Why is it cruel to kill ducks?

A long time ago in the middle ages, many of the larges empires had hundreds of wizards. In war, These wizards would sometimes turn the whole entire enemy army into ducks so that their own army could win. Many of the ducks lived on and had families but could still think and had thoughts like humans. Because they had families they had kids that inherited the gene that let them think like humans. Eventually some of the half human half duck ducks would mate with just normal ducks, which created ducks that werent quite as smart as humans but were still much smarter than normal ducks. Now there are hardly any ducks that can still think fully like humans, but there aare millions of ducks that still have some human thought. So when you kill a duck it is cruel because you might be killing one of the half human half duck ducks.

Why do older ducks kill younger ducks?

This is because the older ducks are really apart of the duck clique called the Elder Ducks. They think theyr are better than all other ducks and plan to kill the rest. They are also very technologically advanced so once the rest of their species is dead they plan to move on to the infirior human race. The military is working on this new airborne duck killing disease that is planned to be released January 1, 2010. Though it will kill all ducks it will also kill the Elders. Its either us or them. You can help by duck hunting. If you see any ducks with laser guns please contact the militaryt because it means the end of humanity is starting. All we nedd is a call and bye bye little duckies. Be safe and watch for the elders.
