It only works with the dock it came with. It won't work on the nano or touch docks.

They should, I have a i-pod dock myself, and a i-pod chromatic classic, nano etc. can all fit into it. But if you got the doc for the classic before the nano came out it should fit but it may not charge while in the dock. Hope i helped
The iPod dock for Apple is a universal dock that can be used with the iPod or iPhone. It includes five dock adapters that fit iPhone 3G and 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch, and iPod Nano 5th Generation. The types of dock adapter may vary, depending on when the Apple Universal Dock was purchased. Simply insert the adapter that fits your device, and plug it into your iPhone or iPod. All other models can purchase a dock adapter separately.
yes, it can i have a doc and it has a thing that sticks out of it and you can put ipods of and kind ... ipod touchs, yah like a lot of others!
Dock Adapter, which allows iPod nano to fit accessories made by third-party companies who are part of the Made for iPod program.
It's called a Dock Adapter or Dock Insert. So basically, the insert goes into a dock of some sort, it's designed for the iPod touch specifically so it will fit well and not wobble or fall out of the dock.
yes they do
it is called the "Dock" if you mean where the last 4 apps fit?
There isn't an iHome specifically made for the new iPod Nano, but most of the ihomes do fit the new iPod Nano.
Possibly, possibly not. If you have the first generation iPod Touch, it will definitely not fit. If you have a 3rd generation iPod Touch, it will most likely fit.
. The iPod touch 4G is slightly longer than the previous iPod touch 3G
