But remember,just because the state seals or destroys a record does not mean the the feds dont have a copy of it(and i am speaking from experiance) so if you apply for a job such as a police officer or any other government job do not leave it out! The FBI does have a copy and the agency doing the record check will ask them,so if you leave it out they will know and you will not be hired because you will be seen as being dishonest. Remember,we are all human and make mistakes,learn from them!!
