It was weighed against on a real person to feel pain what is going to haappen to them
Question is unclear. Is the dead person the one who committed the offense, OR - - Did the family of the dead person commit the crime? In the first case, if the perpetrator is dead there will be no testifying because there will be no trial or hearing. In the second case, there is no bar to testifying against the family of someone who happens to be deceased.
Yes. They'll foreclosure against the estate.
Because you have to be dead to be buried
No. It is generally impossible to commit libel or slander against a dead person, since it is assumed that a dead person has no cognizable interest in protecting their repuation.
If you are not the executor of the estate, it would be trespassing.

"It is the judgment of the court of the court that you shall be hung by the neck until dead."
Dead Against It was created in 1993.
The tradition of the Judgment of the Dead was introduced after the decrease of the Old Kingdom, it is written in the book of the dead. The heart of the deceased is to be weighed against the feather of truth by the jackal headed god, Anubis, and being recorded by the scribe, Thoth. If their heart is proven to be true, the deceased will continue on the passage to the afterlife and eventually rise to the presence of the god, Osiris, and live forever amongst the gods.
Well, you are technically correct in saying that there is no such thing as being illegally dead, although in some states, committing suicide is illegal. I know, how can the dead person be charged with a crime against themselves. Who knows.... A person has to be declared "legally dead" for many reasons. You have to declare somebody as dead so that nobody can vote, or collect social security benefits in their name.
