Yes they can trip.

I was driving on a rural road last week and saw about 10 trip at once! The road was wet and slippery and a mob of kangaroo's were crossing the road and they were all falling over - some more than once! I think it was because they were in a hurry.

Hahahaha. It was hilarious!!
