It is up to your judge. Often they will tell you at your sentencing what needs to be done to have it taken off. What your past record was, if you met all of your sentencing requirements, and how serious the offense was will all weigh into the decision.

You have no idea what are you talking about, not to be rude but don't comment if you don't know about the issue or any minimal law knowledge, beside you can get the person asking in trouble, you can get also in trouble for misleading....
No, with this one exception - if it occurred prior to your 18th birthday it will not show up on your adult criminal history record. Otherwise, your criminal history record is exactly that, your HISORY. If you wish to have it removed from the publicly accessible portion of your record you may file a motion with the court requesting that the charge be "expunged."
CAUTION: Even if an 'expungement' is granted, it is NOT the same as a pardon, and the record of your offense will always remain accessible to law enforcement, the courts, and government agencies conducting background checks.
A lawyer has to override your charge that you where either found guilty for or pled guilty for. This is very hard to do if you pleaded guilty as you accept that the crime was your fault. So to answer your question it is possible but it is unlikely for the courts to over turn the charges.
Yes, by filing a motion for expungement.

A misdemeanor never comes off of your record just becasue it is not a felony. I used to work at a place where we checked peoples background for pre-employment. We always had people call and say "but it was a misdemeanor 6 or even 20 yrs ago" and we would tell them sorry we get our records from the courts and that never comes off. The only way to get a misdemeanor taken off is if you get it esponged which means getting a lawyer and paying a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$. Sorry!
No a misdemeanor does not come off your record automatically after 7 years; you can file to have your criminal history sealed or expunged if you apply for this and are eligible.
i have a possesion of marijuana charge from 2004
A misdemeanor reckless driving ticket comes off most insurance records after 3 years. A reckless driving ticket will usually come off your driving record in about 5 years.
It depends on what the person was convicted for. In the state of Alabama, some misdemeanor convictions can be expunged from a person's record. In other cases, it will be part of the person's permanent record. A lawyer should be consulted to see if an expungement is possible.
Convictions stay on your record forever. You may be able to get a misdemeanor expunged off your record if you were 21 or younger at the time of the crime... but otherwise its life time and easily seen on CCAP.

The lawyer will have to report the misdemeanor to the state's bar association. The bar association will hold a hearing to determine how to sanction the lawyer. The lawyer may have his license suspended or revoked.
No, the misdemeanor shows on your record. You pled to, and were convicted of, a misdemeanor and that's what the record will show.
No, not unless you were under 18 when it occurred. Your adult criminal history is a permanent record.
