Depending on the sex yes, but I would recommend it.
No to if their both males.
No to if one is male one is female.
Yes to if they are both females but still highly not recommended.
The fat tailed geckos are related to the leopard gecko but do not come from the same region or country's. Fat tailed geckos are also known to have a more stubborn personality and would probably wind up eating a smaller gecko. If the animals will not meet face to face in the wild it is impossible to try to re create both environments in one single terrarium.
Leopard geckos are solitary animals and should not be kept with any other reptile species.
I know that the African fat-tail gecko is very similar to the leopard gecko and looke nearly identical.
Yes. But you have to feed the larger one (of course the smaller one too) often. Because they can get hungry enough to eat the smaller.
All Leopard Geckos should have fat tails.
It will die if it does
I have never heard of a real leopard gecko with a blue tail. If you saw something like that on youtube or something I'm pritty shure it's a fake.
The Leopard gecko is not related the the fat tail gecko and live in different regions across the globe. The Leopard gecko requires much dryer and arid areas with temps reaching 100+F. The fat tailed gecko needs more humidity and not so much heat with temps ranging from 78-90F.
It is displaying to another gecko.
African fat tail gecko
NO but if it loses its tail it grows back!
Yes. A gecko will grow back a tail. It won't be as long or strong, but it will grow back. There are many reasons why a gecko's tail may fall off. It may fall off when in a fight with another animal, or the tail can also fall off if the gecko is stressed out. Unfortunately, if the tail does fall it will not grow back .
fat tail leopard geckos tail are much larger than normal leopard gecko tails. The markings are different leopard geckos have a different personality
This is an adaptation which not only helps the gecko to camouflage in its habitat, but it also helps the gecko escape from predators. If the predator grabs hold of the what it thinks is the head, the gecko can drop its tail and escape safely. The tail grows back with time.

Yes, a Gecko's tail will grow back over time.
A Gecko can only loose it's tail ,and survive.
