Yes, but...
There is an old joke:
A man who has just gotten out of prison goes to the parole office to drop for his first drug test. He is worried, because the weekend before he smoked a little pot to celebrate his release, so he takes some of his wife's urine to make sure he is clean. He is able to sneak the Mrs.'s urine in without notice and he is waiting for the results.
After about ten minutes, his parole officer calls him back. The PO brings him into an office and sits him down in a chair. "I've got good news and bad news," the PO tells him, "Which do you want first?"
"The good news," the parolee tells him.
"Well, your drug test came back clean," the PO smiles, "You didn't drop dirty."
"Then, what's the bad news?" the parolee asks a little puzzled.
The PO looks at the man with a smile, "You're pregnant."
This illustrates two things: first, never try to get away with something when the price is too high; and second, if you do you may learn things you never wanted to know.
You can substitute anyone's urine for yours in a drug test. Urine is urine. However, should you elect to do so, you could find yourself back in prison.
Substituting urine during a parole drug test is a violation of your parole and could be construed as attempted fraud, that would be PV New Bit (parole violation with a new criminal charge). Substituting during a job screening is fraud and is grounds for immediate termination. Substituting for a medical test is just foolishly dangerous.
The simple solution would be to not use substances that are illegal and dangerous and this situation will never arise.
Although, most often, a drug screening analysing urine only tests for 2 things --validity of sample (temperature and creatinine levels) and levels of metabolites associated with specific drugs-- and therefore wouldn't be able to tell if the sample came from a male or female, even if pregnant.
Maybe, it all depends on what the urine is tested for.
for a UA yeah it doesnt matter... but if you used blood that would be different
"yes you can tell if the urine is from a female or a male its a very simple process" The Urine Drug Test is usually an immunoassay for drugs, not a test to detect sex.
Some labs do and some labs don't. To be safe, I would assume that they do. It is very easy to distinguish male urine from female urine.
no, but some hormone pills like birth control pills affect the urine pH, and lab can find out if male use female urine
male urine is the worst
Technically yes, but your average cheap drug test probably doesn't check for any of the differences.
nooooooo
In a male, urine and seminal fluid; in a female, only urine.
Female urine contains male-attracting pheromones...
no, i believe they are allowed to so they can make sure you don't put anything except pure urine in the container.A different view:I believe only a male officer can oversee a male take a urine test, while only a female officer oversees another female take a urine test. If you're a male, then you need to check your state's laws, but I would think you would have at least some sort of civil case against them for that.
if your a woman you can use male pee, but a man may use woman pee and show up poregnant
In a medical setting, a male healthcare professional may be present to observe a female giving a urine sample for clinical purposes. This is generally considered acceptable practice in order to ensure proper collection and handling of the sample. It is important for healthcare professionals to maintain patient privacy and dignity during the process.
Yes, as long as hormones aren't being tested.
