Not all medical scooters can be disassembled easily, but others - like the Go-Go Ultra X Electric Scooter - can be disassembled into five pieces to make storage and travel with the scooter more convenient.

Anyone can buy a mobility scooter. However, if you want part or all of the cost covered by your insurance or Medicare, you'll need a doctor to sign off on the fact that you need the scooter for medical reasons.
One can apply for a free or discounted handicap scooter through a medical supply store such as Spinlife and Scooterlink. One can also apply for a handicap scooter through the Medicare program.

In general, a 600 cc scooter will go well over 100 mph. 125 mph is easily possible, given the right conditions. It does vary by model and manufacturer, but 120 is about average for a 600 cc scooter.
if you mean a regular scooter than the mgp is stronger and wont break easily. The newer models come with a fluted deck and bars making it lighter but still as strong. this mean easier for doing tricks, but if you don't want to do that then i prefer the a razor scooter for casual riding.
They usually pop out and new ones press in easily. Get them at bike shops.
