There is no fine. A miner has to be over 18 to work in a mine and therefore can be served alcohol.

The defendant is under the order of the court. House arrest is a PRIVILEGE. If he is on house arrest and this information is communicated to law enforcement (which it probably has) if he leaves the property to which he is confined he can be arrested on sight.
Your under and Your over
Yes. It will be on the big screen at my house. Come on over and bring the whole company.
Victor has been arrested for embezzlement, after an investigation revealed that he had been transferring company funds into his personal account over a period of several months.
well first you walk over to the painting, you climb above it , they arrest you, you tell the truth, then you go to the detectives house and save the day.
The short answer is no. In order for the police to search your boyfriend's house, they need to obtain a search warrant from a judge or magistrate where they demonstrate that there is probable cause that evidence of a crime in present in the house. If the police execute an arrest warrant, they can only search the reaching area where your boyfriend is found and conduct a protective search of areas in the house where a person can hide. Unless you have nothing to do with any of his criminal activity, then they will not and cannot arrest you. If they come to the house to arrest your boyfriend, just say nothing and do not impede what they are doing. If they believe you are engaging in any sort of criminal activity, they most likely will arrest you just to have leverage over your boyfriend. The larger question is what the hell are you doing with someone who has a "few" warrants out on him?
Not a problem. First you must pick up the phone and call the judge who ordered the bracelet put on you. He has the instruction booklet that comes with all house arrest equipment. If the judge is not home call 911 which is the universal repair number and I am sure they will send over some nice guys in uniforms to give you a helping hand.
No, it may not be over. If the police are conducting an investigation and gathering evidence and it implicates you, they can arrest you at a later time.
Warrants are issued by a judge, and not a loan company. The loan company can repossess an automobile or can sue in court to recover the vehicle or what is owed on it (plus costs). The police do not come and arrest people for not paying off a loan. Lastly, disagreements over payment issues regarding a car loan are civil matters, not criminal ones. Also please be aware that is illegal for an institution collecting debt to threaten arrest, or imprisonment. You can report this to the FTC (if they are under their regulatory authority) and state Attorney General.
