I honestly get this question all the time. You may be the faithful, monogomous person, but in all honesty there is NO WAY to prove that your partner is as faithful and monogomous. I have several friends that contracted the virus because they were faithful when their partners we not. Also sexual contact isn't the only mode of transmission. For example, if your partner uses injection drugs and shares needles with an infected person. Your partner could contract the virus and hen give it to you. So the simple answer to your question is, yes a monogomous person can contract HIV.

What does a negative active power means?

Let see an example. The active power absorbed by an AC motor is used to produce mechanical power delivered on the output shaft. If the mechanical power is negative (the motor is pushed to work as a brake) the active power 'absorbed' is also negative. The motor converts the mechanical power in active electrical power delivered in the electrical network. Any AC generator is supplied with negative active power, or it deliver to the network positive active power.
