Not if the child is a minor. She is obligated to care for her child in every way until he/she is 18.
yes, most definitely
Jesus
The owner of the house can kick anyone out unless they pay rent but your mother can not kick her minor child out. That is illegal. So this would be on her shoulders, not his.
Can a son make you sell the house after his father dies and the mother is still alive?
they moved in to my house
No, not until they are 18 and adults.
NO ! Maybe if he is old enough to find his own place
You get the police involved and go to court and let the mother have time to spend wth the child.
The right to complain to your father.
her father was a landowner and her mother was a house wife
Unless your father left a will, bequeathing the house to you on his death, the property is your mothers to do with as she pleases ! You, as a dependent of your mother, have no legal right to stop the sale.
If your mother died and he became the sole owner then yes, he can leave it to his brother in his will.
His father was a civil servant, his mother a house wife.
