yes a nine year old can become a singer i think that firstly you should

start preforming when like a friends round or family cause you might

get used to singing in front of small crowds you should also start singing

at a young age so you have more experience and learn from mistakes

also if you like get a part in something like THE NEXT STAR or

Britain's Got Talent and you get through you more likely have a chance

of becoming a young singer and maybe at nine you never know without trying
