Of course! People who are not members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (commonly called "Mormons") are welcome to participate in all church activities, including dances, service projects, dinners, youth groups, classes, and Sunday worship services.
While everyone is welcome, all participants are asked to follow certain guidelines. Most Mormon church dances have a dress code. Some dances are casual, while others are semi-formal (church dress) or formal. Everyone is expected to dress modestly (meaning your dress/shirt should have sleeves, and skirts/shorts should go to the knee). Ask someone else who might be going what the dress code requirements are for this particular dance. Inappropriate behavior, such as suggestive dancing, is also prohibited. Mormon dances are meant to be a clean, comfortable environment for everyone. Some dances may have age requirements as well (generally youth dances are ages 14-18).

Yes. Every genealogy website except familysearch.org is non-Mormon. Familysearch is owned by the Mormon church.
I would definitely not call Cedar City the first non-Mormon town in Utah. Cedar City was established by Mormons in 1851 and has had a Mormon majority population ever since.Several other towns in Utah were "non-Mormon" towns, such as Ogden (established by fur trappers a year before the Mormons arrived) and Park City (originally settled by Mormons but became a mostly non-Mormon mining town in the 1860's).
No she is not. She is listed as a Non-denominational Christian.
I am about 95% sure the answer is yes because she is from Springville, UT where 95% of the people are Mormon. Pretty good odds.
No. Mark Ballas the dancer is not a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church), but he did win the Junior Latin American Dance Championship with Juliane Hough, who is a Mormon.

No. The Brooklyn Tabernacle is a non-denominational Christian church known for it's choir. They are not affiliated in anyway with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (commonly called "Mormons") The Mormon Tabernacle Choir IS, however, Mormon.
Almost definitely not.
No, Mormons marry ONLY Mormons
The term "Non-Mormon" simply refers to anyone who is not a baptized member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church). Mormons have been encouraged to avoid using the term "non-Mormon" because it is exclusionary and has a negative connotation. They should instead say that an individual is "not a member" or that they are "a friend of another faith" if it is relevant to the conversation.

The Mormon Trail was in operation from 1846 to 1869, when the transcontinental railroad was completed.
