No. If they try their breasts deflate and the child inside them starves and becomes a CHUD. I'm going to assume you meant pregnant but have the writing skills of a slow 4 year old. Of course a woman can breast feed while pregnant. As long as she is sufficiently fed so that she has the nutrients to feed herself, her nursing child and her yet to be born child then everything is good. She should also make sure that there is more focus in her life on spelling and less on watching tv. Jeffrey Silverman loves Joesph Franco

That's usually the way it works...but, that probably isn't what you meant. If you have not been pregnant, you can be given hormones that will trigger lactation. Your doctor will want a good reason for doing this.

Yes, you most certainly can. I had to do this before, but you need to make sure you are providing plenty of nutrients for the unborn baby, the breastfeeding baby, and yourself. You will need to take your prenatal vitamins daily and increase your fluid intake accordingly. You will also need to add more calories to your diet to provide for all three of you. When I did this, I also added a lot more of the milk group to my diet. I ate plenty of yogurt, cottage cheese, and milk to provide my body with extra calcium and vitamin D. You should also speak with your health care provider for supplement and diet recommendations, as they will know if you have any deficiencies that need to be resolved.

Breastfeeding during pregnancy is perfectly safe. Just make sure you are eating enough protein and calcium.

Yes, however if you are at risk of pre-term labor or miscarriage, the doctor will advise against it.

Yes. But I would gradually wean the nursing baby, as the growing fetus will take a lot out of you.
