You mean you are giving up your parental rights? if you do that when the child is a minor the Child Protective Service will put her in foster home. A child has to have a guardian and I doubt a judge would find you fit to be a foster parent to her if you just gave up your rights. Also the social worker will speak to her. So no, keeping it from her you can not.
Yes
Yes. She will be classified as runaway and if you take her in without telling anyone. You can be charged with harboring a runaway. Parent or not, you are not the custodial parent according to the law.
What are you asking? Without a kid without a parent?

i think that everyone has a right to speak up and leave a parent if you never get to see one life is all about taking risks and if i were you i would take the risk. hope things work out for you they should always have a right!
When one parent makes important decisions for the children without consulting the other parent and withholds important information from the other parent. When they purposely try to interfere with the other parent's time with the childern - telling them they don't have to go and making arrangements with them during your "scheduled" time with the children and not consulting you first......the list goes on - going through it now.
they are not lazy, they are tiered of school and parent's telling them what to do constantly.
Mabye maybe not
yes,i think.
telling your parents that you are being bullied, that doesn't make you a wus. Tell them! telling them would probably make the matter better, and if you don't tell them. then tell a guidence counsular at school or a teacher anybody will help.
Not without parent permission. It could be considered kidnapping without that.
