Not usually, unless they somehow have access to the trunk area from the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
If your vehicle is equipped with folding seats, you simply actuate the levers and fold the seats down. Otherwise, the trunk is sealed from the passenger compartment.

The blower fuse for a 1995 Deville is located in the fuse panel in the right rear of the vehicle. It is actually inside the trunk. The relay switch for the blower is located behind the glove compartment in the passenger area of the vehicle.
