I'm only 12 but I would day that its impossible to have 0% body fat. You are always born with fat because the mother eats and that passes to the soon-to-be baby. You would probably die before you had no body fat.
I don't know if you can or not but you are way off, people can survive without fat on their bodies. The body would just use muscle as its second resort, if that were going to be case.
