A pound could be the weight of a toy truck but never a "real" working truck. usually a ham or turkey dinner weighs 1 pound so rationally it is unrealistic to believe a full sized truck could weigh a pound. And yes a truck could weigh a ton. Think of it this way, If a normal sized elephant weighs 8 pounds and the truck your picturing is one pound then the truck is 1\8 the weight of an elephant. That's still large in comparison.

I think a tv weighs neither a ton or a pound. A ton is 1000kg so thats a lot. I think no one is able to carry that much! I think a pound is closer but still i think a tv deosn't weigh that much or that little!

The terms 'half-ton truck', '3/4 tone truck', 1 ton truck all refer to the total weight of a load that they can carry. The curb weight of the truck itself varies, depending on whether it is a compact, mid-size, or full-size.
