Yes it can always go smaller, but it can onlygo larger depending on how thick the band is. Unless you want to have it cut and have gold added to it then it csn be as big as you want also. Ohh another exception would be Tungston or Titanium, they can only go smaller and that's only if you can find someone to bore them out.
