Return to the court that ordered the judgment and request that the judge issue an order to cease and desist. Failing that, contact law enforcement and start reporting the instances of harassment.
Both the harassing individual and the employer can be held liable for sexual harassment and there are state and federal laws in place to ensure this. typically the individual would lose their job and there are often private lawsuits against them as well.
Students should be held accountable for their actions, including failing to report cheating, but the severity of the punishment should be appropriate to the situation. Encouraging honesty and integrity in academic settings is important for the overall ethical climate of an institution.

The teacher can give those students failing grades for that assignment.
In the principle's mind: Student is Tabula Rasa. Teacher is there to fill the empty space. Time goes by. Exams arrive. Student does badly. Teacher has failed to teach. Normally this isn't a problem on its own as some students are just too dense/disinterested to be taught, but if multiple students are all doing badly, it's often (not always) a sign that the teacher cannot interest them enough in the subject for them to learn. Especially in a private school, it's easier to kick out and replace one "failing" teacher than it is to kick out and replace multiple paying students(/customers.)
It depends on the context. If the students are acting individually, then "are" is correct: Three-quarters of the students are failing the class. If you are referring to a single collective entity then "is" is correct: Three quarters of the students is an unacceptable number of failures.
Yes because the students did their best right, and it's only fair that the teacher boosts them to the maximum mark they can boost them at.
To "help" them concentrate on their studies and get better grades
