Yes it is possible. You have to get 2 Sims to fall in love but if you create them married that will be even better. Then get them to relax next to each other on the bed and then make you are controling one sim and then click on the Sim that you are not controlling that is currently relaxing next to the Sim you are controlling. Then options will come up, click on the option that says try for a baby, they will try for a baby and then they will both fall asleep. If you hear a lullaby then the female is now pregnant :) But if you don't hear a lullaby then keep on trying until you do :) You have to have a male and female to do this.
