The only pure metals that do not have a silver color are gold and cesium. Cesium is not an option for jewelry because it melts at just above room temperature and very readily catches on fire. So you only option other than copper or gold would be some sort of alloy such as brass, which is a copper-zinc alloy or bronze, which is a copper-tin alloy.
