While some specialize motherboard may have a built in ram, this normally only for intergrated systems like GPS, TV, ETC. But not for home and office computers.

Although there are some motherboards that may have a built in video ram for integrated graphic cards, this is normally not for whole system. You often see this some laptop models, but again they are not a replacement to getting RAM memory modules.
