Yes. The student and the teacher are in a rleationship that is different from romance, and it is illegal for a teacher to have a romantic contact with a student. Both the student AND the teacher are in for major legal problems- and the age difference between the two is far too great. Bad idea.

it all depends on if you did something bad so they have something to cover for giving you a bad gradeGenerally no, but it is a possibility that a child could be graded unjustly. If you feel that this has happened, you can try asking your teacher the reason you received a particular grade. If that doesn't resolve it, then telling your parents that you feel you received an unjust grade is the best solution, and they can get a parent teacher meeting to sort the issue out.
In its widest use, student is used for anyone who is learning. You learn -something -regardless of a teacher being good or bad, or if it is the subject on hand.
they believe the teacher, it's sad but it's the reality
Well, first off, if a teacher doesn't like a student, it must be for some particular reason. It is unfair if a teacher doesn't even know a student and proclaims that he/she doesn't like that student. Well, let's say the student is bad. Either way, I don't think they shouldn't dislike the student. They could make them go to the principal's office every day, suspend them, accuse them, make them stand and face the wall for the rest of the day, and there are much, much more... ...just because a teacher doesn't like the student. And that's wrong.
senate bill 6 is a bill that has sadly been passed. senate bill 6 is when a student doesn't pass a test or something like that, the teacher doesn't get paid because the student failed, meaning that the teacher is doing a bad job. :(
