If you mean breed, I wouldn't risk it. Its really dangerous to make hybrid hamsters. It could cause many serious genetic problems.
If you mean live together... I dont think you should. hamsters are solitary animals, but if you get a big enough cage ,then, maybe it depends on temperment an sex of the hamster. You should never cage two males together.
Teddy bear

Syrian Hamster is another name for a Teddy Bear hamster.

a teddy bear hamster
NO!! And DO NOT try!A Teddy Bear is a Syrian hamster and a Chinese is a dwarf hamster. They will KILL EACH OTHER.
No, you should never under any circumstances, ever put a dwarf hamster with a teddy bear hamster.
They are both types of Syrian hamster, however Syrian are solitary and will fight if another hamster is in their territory. They can get seriously injured so don't have them together.
It is not recommended to breed different species of hamsters, as this can lead to health issues and genetic problems in the offspring. Teddy bear hamsters and black bear hamsters are different species with different genetic backgrounds, so it is best to avoid breeding them together.
