Bank account - Yes
Cash Card - No
Banks give bank account to all customers including children but a Cash Card will be provided only to adults. A Cash card in the possession of a child can result in unwanted/fraudulent activities (the child won't do all that but anyone who has access to the child can) so banks don't give out cards to children.
I don't think any because in most banks in the UK you have to be 11 or older to have a bank account. When you get a bank account you also will receive a debit card. Where you can take out money from a cash point.
It depends which bank company you choose to go with and what type of account you want. If it's for a young child you can have a joint saving account with your parents, but they have control over it and you don't have a bank card. I don't know about other companies, but NatWest has an 'Adapt Account' for 11 to 18 year olds. People under 16 need to have parents permission. But 16+ don't need to and they can have a card and cheque book to use in shops/online etc. But you can have pretty much any bank account once you turn 18.
First you need a bank account and money you put the money in the bank account, wait for a year or two and then you get more money in your bank account
No. the legal age to open a bank account that can be operated independently is 18 years. If a 14 year old wants a bank account, he/she can only get it if they have their parents (either of them) as a joint holder of the account.
Go to your nearest bank. Most banks will do this for you. You have to atleast hold the bond for one year. Any earlier and you will have penalties and deductions. Also, if possible use a bank you have an account with, this will make things much easier for you and most of the time you can cash as many as you want. Most banks have a $1000.00 limit a day, unless you have an account with them.

No, idle cash in a bank checking account is not considered a short-term investment. It is simply cash that is not being actively used or invested. Short-term investments typically refer to assets that are expected to be converted into cash within a year, such as Treasury bills or money market funds.
YOu can get a debit card as long as you have a bank account attached to it. My 14 year old has a debit card (check card) and I deposit her allowance directly into her bank account. It is easier than giving her cash and she keeps up with her account balance so that she doesn't overdraw on her account. yes, im 13 and my dad is getting me a debit card from tuxedo at master card. you have to be 18 to get a credit card. the good things with debit cards is that you cant go overdrawn with them its much better than a credit card!
