yes. Especially during healing. You want a longer bar during healing to allow for swelling. Other than healing, the bar can be too short and really tight against the tongue. Not sure if it can go through the piercing like it can while healing but I'd be wary. Just get whatever length is most comfortable for you.
The barbell is too long for your mouth, step the barbell down and that should go away.
No. A tongue stud is too long to be a good nipple ring. You'd wind up catching it on something and then you'd really be sorry.
I have had my tongue ring for almost 10 years, and I have a small hard spot close to the tongue ring. I think it is just the tongues version of scar tissue. It hardens up to protect itself from the tongue ring being there. And I even have a round indention on the top of my tongue from the ball pushing down for so long. Hope this helps you!
You carefully put the ring in a ring box, then, if you want, carefully wrap the ring box with a small enough piece of gift wrapping so that it's not too big or too small.
It means there is a small metal stud or ring going through your toungue.
I don't have a white ring under my tongue.
There is no "lock on a tongue ring" and it's not a ring it's a barbell.
If you have a tongue ring, it makes it hard to make out. the ring always gets in the way.
Google search for "18 gauge tongue ring"!
The same way you did before, except now you have a tongue ring.
A small piece of eraser works pretty well until you can get a ball.
Nothing. You don't have to worry about biting the tongue ring if the barbell isn't too long for your mouth & if you don't use it to click your teeth.
