It has been known to happen
Depends how close you are to the tornado and how strong the tornado is. Strong tornadoes can pick people up and throw them through the air hundreds of yards, in which case you'd be real lucky to survive. More often, they send objects into the air as projectiles that impale people, or simple shred buildings that collapse onto of people. It really isn't much more complicated than that.
Yes. A tornado is not a solid object; it is mostly air. However, the violent winds would likely throw the missile off course. Some researchers have attempted to fire instruments into tornadoes on missiles, but failed as the light missiles were tossed aside by the wind. It was suggested that a heavier missile would have better luck, but the researchers on the project could not get approval to use one. Other than for research there would be little use in firing a missile into a tornado, as any explosive strong enough to possibly disrupt a tornado would only cause more damage.
It depends on the strength of the tornado. Weak tornadoes will lift up light objects such as small tree branches. Strong tornadoes have been known to lift up cars, trees, roofs, barns, and sometimes people and animals. Violent tornadoes have been known to lift up and throw heavy construction equipment, well constructed houses, and sometimes larger structures.
throw it and it tells you how fast you throw
Overhand Throw
It throws straw over its head to make it quiet and to feel sakure.
An EF3 tornado could probably throw a car a few tens of yards. It could probably move a car a few hundred yards by bouncing and rolling it.

No. Water does not stop tornadoes and a tornado could easily capsize and even lift and throw a small boat or heavily damage a large one.
F3 is a category on the Fujita scale which rates tornadoes From F0 to F5 based on the severity of the damage they do. An F3 is a strong tornado which can tear the roof and walls off most houses, uproot and even throw most trees, and throw trains.
To "throw up" is to "tag" something. It means to put up a graffiti piece.
