If it is a GC (Gas Chromatography) test the drug will produce a larger/smaller peak depending on its concentration in the blood/urine sample. So the results will show the amount or concentration in your bloodstream (or entering your urine from bloodstream). I imagine it would be difficult to deduce exactly how much you took because the drug could have been taken on several occasions and the rate of elimination varies somewhat with the individual. Either way, if any amount is detected over the interference error margin, you will fail the drug test.
