Depends on temperature being stored at. Room temp, maybe a day or two. In the fridge, maybe a few weeks. In the freezer, months or years. In a cryogenic facility, centuries.
One reason is that the prostate gland is squeezing the urethra or pee tube closed. A medical doctor is best able to find out why you cant pee.
It's very possible. This is called an Observed Test. They observe drug tests if you fail a previous test, if you've been caught adulterating your urine, or if you're in the military. The observer has to watch the urine leave your body and enter the sample cup. As a trained observer, believe me when I tell you I want to look at 200 guys' dicks even less than the 200 guys want to show them to me. But that's what you've got to do.
if left for long enough, it will probably crystallise.
A sample is collected through the urine. The specimen collection is called a '24 hour' collection, according to this website. I hypothesize that this period of time is a gestation period to allow the potassium in the urine to either grow or 'collect'; however, one must ask how the potassium is stored for this period. In refrigeration, or room temperature?
I would flush it down the toilet. After 2 days, even if you had a use for it, the urine would be well on its way to spoiling and getting very smelly. When doctors take urine samples to be held onto for later tests, they add a small amount of HCl (hydrochloric acid) as a preservative, and keep the sample in a refrigerator made for that use.

No
A potpourri is a mixture of dried fragrant plant material used to scent a room. It is not a single item. However, it could contain a spice if the smell was acceptable.
