To get a drop of blood from a vampire, you would have to use methods depicted in folklore and fiction, such as using a silver blade to make a small incision. However, vampires are fictional creatures, so it is impossible to obtain blood from them in reality.
According to Anne Rice the vampire then shares in the death of that person - not a 'fatal' occurrence for the vampire but definitely an unpleasant one.Other authorities quote no such affinity and the vampire then goes on to find somebody else more giving.
how about this: she must track down the vampire who turned her and on the anniversary of the night she was first turned, she must drink that vampire's blood, almost to the last drop. it will only work if she does this on the same day and at the same hour that he first drank of her. or if the vampire is already dead then she must find out exactly where he/she was killed and bless the spot with holy water and cut herself so that her own blood puddles over the spot. she will remain a vampire until the morning after the next full moon. if she did it right, she should be able to stand outside and watch the sunrise without fear of burning.
There are many theories as to how one can turn into a vampire. In the Twilight Series the venom caused the change therefore a single drop would kill. In most theories, a person must exchange blood with a vampire and then killed with their blood (the vampires) in them. Other theories say that a person must be drained of all their blood except for the last drop, which then they would need a bit of vampire blood to survive. In the end they all turn.

HIV needs body warmth in order to survive and so if it is cold enough for the blood to dry..........
No it is not, a drop of blood is smaller than a drop of water but if you drop two drops of blood then that equals the right amount of water :)
Klaus wanted to drain every drop of blood from her so he could break the curse so he could be a Vampire and Werewolf. Hope I helped :-p
