An antivirus program can quarantine it, so that no program can use it and it lies dormant on the HDD. It also can delete it so it is gone and won't use up space or harm your system.
delete that chit man.. a virus is called a "virus" for a reason LOL
Yes,even though the virus is quarantined, the virus isn't removed or blocked from your computer. Quarantine is justthe list that shows what you would like to do with the viruses.
You take your computer and destroy it with an ax then there won't be a virus on their anymore
You need a virus killer.
If the virus has been quarantined then you are safe because the virus cannot execute its commands. You are safe when it comes to that single virus. However it is very likely that your system is infected by other malware so you want to launch a complete scan.
The email message contained virus but it was quickly deleted
attenuated virus consist of same virus but its capacity to cause disease has deleted by the process of attenuation.

If you suspect there is a virus on your computer, you should immediately scan your computer with an installed antivirus. When your antivirus finds a virus, either have it quarantined or removed. By quarantining a virus, you have the ability to send the file to the antivirus company for analysis, so that way they can protect other clients from the virus.
when a file is quarantined it just disables it and stores it in a place where you can see it and decide what to do. my suggestion is to look up the file name and see if its a virus, if so, then permenatly delete it. the scaners dont usually get the wrong kinda files. still... check first.
A system I have been working with that has AVG Anti Virus installed showed this Trojan as Quarantined. Perhaps this might help you?
Avg find and deleted or quarantines the virus . But you need to be sure your antivirus is updated regularly
