To delete individual messages on Facebook, Scroll down the list until you find the conversation, open it up and then press on the part of the message you want to delete until a pop up opens. Press on delete. To delete the whole conversation do not open the conversation. Just long press on the name/conversation area of the friend you want to delete until the "delete" pop up appears. Then click delete.
