You can
Like when you push against the end of a con rod which then turns a crank which in turn turns a generator? In any way you need to push, stop pushing and then push again in order to have any usable energy. You cannot gain energy from a constant pressure. Like the pressure at the bottom of the ocean or the pressure of you house pressing against the ground. You can only gain energy from a pressure gradient or a change in pressures. Take a balloon, blow it up, close it. The pressure in the balloon is now higher than outside the balloon. To gain energy from that difference you have to open the balloon and let the air out. Then you could hold a electric fan into the airstream and use it as a generator. In Addition: You might be looking for piezo crystals. They are used in electric lighters.
Unlimited. Since the wind does not stop blowing.
That depends on how much air is in the balloon and how high the temperature gets. As the sun shines, it heats the air in the balloon. This causes the air to expand. This air pushes against the insides of the ballon making it swell up and stretch. If there is enough air in the balloon and the temperature increases to a high enough level, then the air pressure can get to high, it will cause the balloons skin to stretch to far and the balloon can pop.
Do the experiment and find out yourself :)

it means to stop blowing in his ear
You stop blowing up the world.
wind stops blowing when there is no high pressure area & low pressure area- and this is possible only when earth gets equally warmed by sunrays.so,if the wind stopped blowing for a year then there will be no rain on that year. on other hand the production of electricity by wind power will stop.
why do u want it to stop blowing smoke man! blowing smoke is awsome and manly, and show power! be proud that your blowing smoke!
You can
You can
Dont let go of your balloon!
You could add a weight to make the balloon float level (that is it doesn't float up and away and doesn't sink to the ground) and then use wind to blow it where you want. Eg by blowing though a straw. You would probably have to do this inside.
Depends, would you really want to?If you are saying this generally then yes, because the bubble still contains thesoap that you blew from it. It would still have the liquid form even it is in the shape of a sphere and it contains air in side to flow.
Check the coolant pressure. If the pressure is too high the A/C clutch will not engage. If the pressure is within tolerance, test the A/C compressor and clutch.
