∙ 11y agoNo, albinism is simply a lack of melanin production prior to birth and is spread through generations. Generally an albino baby will recieve albinism from the mothers father is the mothers father is albino.

Ocular Albinism is a type of albinism that affects mostly vision. It commonly comes with the lack of melanin in the skin that occurs in regular albinism.
