Orthodontics and oral surgery would be needed to "pull" the impacted canine into position. This would have nothing to do with color of the teeth. If you are worried about yellowing of the teeth, this could be corrected with many different types of bleaching. My best recommendation would be after completing the braces and oral surgery, bleach with a approved bleaching system with your dentist.
