yes, I'm currently taking doxycycline for acne purposes and i have noticed dry/chapped lips to occur. I don't see a need to worry as this is the only side effect i have noticed. I have been applying aquaphor healing ointment occasionally to keep my lips moist to avoid peeling or bleeding. It been about about a week and I'm slowly seeing improvements. Although i have noticed certain things such as cold weather, sugar, alcohol, and smoking tend to make it worse.
