It is possible for save game data to become corrupted, when you use an Action Replay. For example if you activate too many codes on the DS Castlevania games, it can wipe the save data from one or more of the slots.
However it is not possible for an Action Replay to break the game cartridge. It cannot make permanent changes to the game data itself.

Yes is also can "melt" while plugged into your ds and coinicidently then your ds does not work, but no responsibility is taken on behalf of the makers
